October Newsletter
4th Degree Master

Brother Knights:
Although it’s still a little warm out, our summer has come to an end. I hope you and your families were able to enjoy the summer season!
October marks the beginning of the second quarter of our fraternal year, as well as Columbus Day. Remember, many of the folks who want to erase the namesake of our order, from the annals of history, are the same ones who kneel during the National Anthem and disrespect our nation at every turn!
By now councils and assemblies should know whether they’re on track to meet their membership quotas or not. If you’re an assembly leader, please review your candidate list and contact me at: Master@indianakofc.org, with that information. It’s imperative that we get these guys into the 4th Degree, ASAP. I’m working with our Vice Supreme and Supreme Masters to accommodate the schedules of our 3rd Degree candidates.
It’s my distinct pleasure to announce that His Excellency, Most Rev. Robert McClory-Bishop of the Gary Diocese, has agreed to serve as our District Friar. Bishop McClory will contribute to our 4th Degree, quarterly newsletter and attend 4th Degree events, as his schedule allows.
Our next, finalized, exemplification is on 11/18/23 in Granger, IN. The flyer and registration form are available on the state website. The aforementioned 4th Degree newsletter will debut in December and have content specifically designed for assembly members and leaders. We’re working on some aggressive recruiting campaigns and look to launch at least one in December. This will be a quarterly newsletter and will evolve as it goes forward. God bless you, your family, and the United States!
