Vocations Chairman

October 2025

Brothers all.
I am proud of the work so far, BUT we will not survive if we are not addressing the elephant in the room. Our largest years of growth in the KofC were right after the WWs and Great depression. I know math is hard but this month I am asking that you think and start working hard. The average age of our Order has gone down, BUT is it we are recruiting younger or Our Father is calling us home? We have to out pace the losses. Thats the first math question. And the losses are greater than just the numbers but also the knowledge.
So the other part of the math. We are already a quarter of our new year gone. If your Growth Goal was 12, you should have already Admitted in xxxxxxxxx?
Thats right MORE than 3, so you will be at 12 before, NOT AT the end of our year.
So are you on pace? Have you done the math? Does the Membership in all Councils/District know the answer to the math quiz?
Have you invited one new Member this year? Imagine if only 5% of our Members invited 1!! Final math question. What would that be? Thats right our entire goal for the year. Sad that only a few do all the inviting and the rest do?????? Get the entire Membership involved.

Vivat Jesus and God Bless!

Sincerely,
Donnie Miller

Prayer for Vocations

GOD OUR FATHER, we thank you for calling men and women to serve in your Son's Kingdom as priests,
deacons, and consecrated persons. Send your Holy Spirit to help others to respond generously and courageously to
your call. May our community of faith support vocations of sacrificial love in our youth and young adults. Through our Lord
Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever.
Amen.
