Dear Brother Knights and Families,
November is upon us, and this is a time of reflection. We are wrapping up All Saints and All Souls, the All Hallows Tide. In a few days we will celebrate together with the veterans of our armed services and thank them for their service to our country. We have an election upon us where we discern our choices, listen to those seeking public office, and determine for ourselves the course of action for the future. In all of these tasks, we should turn to the Lord and invoke his blessing, asking for the gifts of wisdom, patience, fortitude, kindness, and graciousness.
There are upcoming regional town hall meetings so please, if you are attending, make sure that you have some questions ready to go for our Q and A sessions. Please review the guidebooks offered at Supreme’s website for all Supreme related FIA activities. Guidelines are laid out for every activity, timelines, due dates, etc.
Ah, the chilly weather is finally upon us and now that we’ve past Halloween, you can already sense the impending invasion of all things Christmas that are about to take over LOL. But before we get to that point, I want to shed some light on the Thanksgiving holiday. It always gets overlooked. I’m a little fat kid at heart so I’ll take this moment to wish all of you a blessed Thanksgiving dinner with you and your family and friends.
