Worthy Brother Knights,
As a State, we had a great year with our ability to invite new members. Now, as a State, we
need to work on increasing our reporting of forms. As a Council, your first forms filled out
should be the 185 & 365. These two forms allow Supreme to send out the proper information
via email for the Youth Protection and Council’s fraternal information for the year.
The IN-Form-1 is the form that helps the State get information out to the proper Council
leadership as well.
All of the information collected with these forms helps us meet the needed requirements for
Supreme and State awards/incentives. Plus, we all know who to contact at the Council level.
I’ll be following up with the Council FS’s so that the State is 100% compliant with the Supreme
Youth Protection. So when you receive these emails please review and follow up with me
please.
