Order Coats for Kids Now!
Brothers,
We finally have all the information on the Coats for Kids program.
The most important change is that the State application must be submitted by SEPTEMBER 15. This means I must have your orders by SEPTEMBER 12. Late orders will not be accepted.
● All orders must be sent through the State. You can purchase through Knights Gear, but they will not honor the BOGO program.
● Orders must be for the dollar amount that you are spending. Do not cut the amount in half, etc.
● Orders must be sent to me (community@Indianakofc.org)
● Checks must be sent to State Secretary Zielinski (statesecretary@indianakofc.org)
● The State will order the matching numbers for each order.
● There will be limited shipping sites. Last year it was 5 statewide. This year it will be 2 sites so all council's must be prepared to drive to a central location to pick up your order..
● We will need to compile a list of councils in the following areas that have facilities to accept large shipment of coats, manpower to unload, and store until councils can pick them up. Preferred area councils would be obvious areas based on last year:
● South Bend-Fort Wayne Area
● Indianapolis-Lafayette Area
