2025 Winter Games
Happy Thursday to you!
It’s that time of year again! The Winter Games are fast approaching, and I’m excited to let you know that the volunteer registration site is now live! I want to extend a huge thank you for your support in making this event a success. Without volunteers like you, we couldn’t run this event as smoothly as we do.
Your help is essential in supporting our mission to serve over 18,681 children and adults with intellectual disabilities through our programs and competitions.
Winter Games Details:
Dates: January 12th, 13th, 14th
Location: Perfect North Slopes, 19074 Perfect Pl Ln, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025
Volunteer Needs: 100 volunteers needed
Time slots: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 12:45 PM - 4:30 PM
Volunteer Roles:
Ski Assistants: Help with ski instructions and coordinate athletes and unified partners on the slopes.
Score Timers: Deliver scores from snowshoeing and slope competitions, assist at the start gate, and help with timing. Ski knowledge is helpful, but training will be provided on-site.
Awards Ceremony Assistants: Support the Knights of Columbus and Lions Club in presenting awards to athletes after competitions.

Select Blue "General Volunteer" and click Select.
Choose the positions and shifts you’d like to sign up for.
Click the Green "Next" button.
